Helloall
ThisisBroadgreen'sNeighbourhood Team 'blog site'
Neighbourhood Teams are made up of providers of local services and local residents. The lead body is thePolice Force supported byofficers from Swindon Borough Council and Health Service and many others including local community groups and associations.
Our job is to work alongsidethe community to agree priorities identify solutions and tasks and make sure we work together with other bodiesto makethe neighbourhood a great place live.
This site will enable ustorecord and track tasks that we agree need to happen. The site is called a 'blog site' because it is already setup and easy to customise. You're looking at the Home Page. If you look to your leftyou will see a 'Journal Page' click on this page and you will be able to view short articles. I've switched on the ability for anybody to leave a comment, all you need to do is click 'post comment' at the bottom of the screen.Your comments are important and visible to everyone so please take care with what you say.Youwill also see a 'Tasking Room' this enables the tasking group, as the owner of the site, to post tasks from community meetings for attention of officers and representatives, again you are invited to leave comments, all of which are automatically sent to selected members. Note also the'Document Warehouse' where minutes and other documents can be stored.
There is much more to see so 'click' away around thesite, if you have ideas about additional elements click on e-mail and send me your suggestions.
I hope you find this site helpful.
